  • 1 Frying Pan sized for number of people
  • 1 Small pot for heating tomatillo salsa


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 each onion with greens
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli shoots Klickitat Canyon Winery
  • 20 each soft tortillas
  • 1 container tomatillo salsa Klickitat Canyon Winery


  • Chop 1 each onion and 1/2 bunch broccoli shoots into half inch pieces.
  • Add 1 container tomatillo salsa to small pot
  • Heat frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Add 1 lb ground beef and cut 1 each onion and 1/2 bunch broccoli shoots
  • Cook until well done
  • Heat up 20 each soft tortillas on frying pan or stovetop
  • Place fried meat, onion, and broccoli onto tortillas
  • Add tomatillo salsa on top of meat mixture and fold tortillas to make tacos!
