Tomatillo Salsa Tacos
Using Tomatillo Salsa for tacos
Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan sized for number of people
- 1 Small pot for heating tomatillo salsa
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 each onion with greens
- 1/2 bunch broccoli shoots Klickitat Canyon Winery
- 20 each soft tortillas
- 1 container tomatillo salsa Klickitat Canyon Winery
Instructions
- Chop 1 each onion and 1/2 bunch broccoli shoots into half inch pieces.
- Add 1 container tomatillo salsa to small pot
- Heat frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil
- Add 1 lb ground beef and cut 1 each onion and 1/2 bunch broccoli shoots
- Cook until well done
- Heat up 20 each soft tortillas on frying pan or stovetop
- Place fried meat, onion, and broccoli onto tortillas
- Add tomatillo salsa on top of meat mixture and fold tortillas to make tacos!
