Stinging Nettle Pesto – A wild foraged pesto made from stinging nettles, wood sorrel, and miner’s lettuce. This pesto is superfood heavy and made to reflect the spring season of the Pacific Northwest. A mild, earthy, lemony mint taste is the best way to describe this delicate flavor. We use sunflower seed oil so the stinging nettle is not overpowered. See our farm grown pestos here!

This Stinging Nettle Pesto is vegan; using nutritional yeast instead of dairy. It also contains no garlic or nuts.
