4% abv. Hard apple cider from our vinegar batch. Full of probiotics! Slightly bubbly from its fermentation but dry. Just beginning it’s journey to becoming vinegar and still easy to drink. This switchel type cider will please anyone interested in having a refreshing, gut pleasing endulge. Probiotics include many strains of yeast and acetobacter bacteria (vinegar mother).
