Roasted Ham Seared in Peach Vinegar with Leeks and Broccoli Shoots

Equipment

  • 1 Glass Baking Dish 9x11
  • 1 Skillet large enough for ham
  • 1 4qt Pan
  • 1 Medium Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ham portioned to number of people
  • 1 bunch Klickitat Canyon broccoli shoots
  • 1 medium Klickitat Canyon Leek
  • 4 Tbsp Klickitat Canyon Peach Vinegar
  • 10 small potatoes for mashing
  • .5 stick unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cut 1 bunch Klickitat Canyon broccoli shoots and 1 medium Klickitat Canyon Leek to 1/2" to 1" pieces
  • Add 1 ham and 1 bunch Klickitat Canyon broccoli shoots and1 medium Klickitat Canyon Leek to glass baking dish and cover with foil
  • In the 4qt pan boil water and add 10 small potatoes
  • Bake until ham is cooked through (about 45 minutes depending on size)
  • Heat skillet on med-high heat
  • Add 1 ham and 1 bunch Klickitat Canyon broccoli shoots and 1 medium Klickitat Canyon Leek and 4 Tbsp Klickitat Canyon Peach Vinegar
  • Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until ham is browned
  • Mash 10 small potatoes with.5 stick unsalted butter and salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve hot!
