100% Viognier; this is our full-bodied white featuring raisin complexities, rich golden flavor, touches of spice and a slight buttery finish.

Finally, the Pet Nat version of this wine is a sweet, bubbly wine from 2024 made with a Portuguese grape called Verdelho. With cider-like flavors and a touch of acidity it’s a fan favorite! Bottled during the early stages of fermentation when the must is partially juice this naturally sparkling wine only ferments for two weeks bringing you a rare opportunity to experience a wine at this stage.
